When do you cut the cord with a player?

Eugene Clifford was in arrignment court this morning in Hamilton County (Cincinnati) for misd. assault charges.  He was suspended for the BCS Title game last year to boot.  This kid is supposed to be a stud but these legal indescretions keep him in the dog house.  At what point does The Ohio State University send Mr. Clifford on his way.  Being a top recruit is one thing but having trouble staying out of jail is another.  Ohio State already has a bad reputation and we don't need to add fuel to the fire.  Sure Mr. Clifford will probably go on to UC but he will never be able to cause Ohio State any more trouble on the field or off.

My favorite teams

I think it is clear that my favorite team is The Ohio State University.  In all aspects.  My favorite MLB team is the Reds and the Bengals of the NFL.  Ohio State doesn't have many faults but the Reds and Bengals are both loaded (with faults).  The Reds have practicaly no potential at all yet the Bengals have it but it doesn't come to fruition.  To have many able players in skill positions and allow the seasons go the way that they do is hard to swallow as a fan.  With the NFL season comming near and fantasy season arriving with it, it is hard to recognize who I would want from the Bengals.  Is Palmer going to be effective with Chad Johnson crying like a 2 year old?  Is housh going to get doubled because Johnson will probably get benched?  Should I stay away from the Bengals completly?  We'll see on draft day.
